[ Siversk Front Analysis ] Serebrianka & Verkhnokamyanske key to break Ukraine’s hold on Siversk

Update from the Siversk Front: Russian forces had reportedly captured Dibrova and is pushing south through the forest north of the Siverskyi Donets River towards Serebrianka.

This coupled with the announcement by the Russian Defense Ministry that they have captured Bilohorivka of the Donetsk region – signals the weakening of the Ukrainian lines over at the Siversk Front.

Russia has launched a seeming major offensive at this front, with fighting reported at Spirne, Verkhnokamyanske and Bilohorivka (Luhansk).

DPA reckon that the most strategically important position now is the town of Verkhnkamyanske. The Russian capture of this town would likely force Ukrainian withdrawal from both Bilohorivka (Luhansk), Hryhorivka in the north, and Spirne & Ivano Darivka in the south to avoid getting their communication lines cut off and forces attacked from the rear.
