[ Zaporizhzhia Front ] Russia captured 5 settlements in Super Duper Uber Zaporizhzhia Offensive
Update from the Zaporizhzhia Front: The Zaporizhzhia Line has now developed into the Zaporizhzhia Front as the Russian forces pressed on, on their major offensive on the western half of the defense line.
Russian forces over the past 24 hours captured Lobkove, Shcherbaky Mali, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka. With fighting continuing at Stepove, Bilohirya and Novopokrovka. Latest intel suggest Russian forces is currently doing clearing operations in captured settlements.
The fall of the entire Zaporizhzhia Line could threaten the resupply route stretching from Zaporizhzhia City to the Eastern Front.
Initial analysis suggest that the reason for the breakthrough is likely to have something to do with the redeployment of some Ukrainian forces to the Bakhmut from this region.
The weakened defense might be the reason for the Russian’s trigger to attack – reminisce of Ukraine taking advantage of Russia’s reduced troop numbers that triggered the Balakliya/Kharkiv Offensive.
