[ Ukraine SITREP ] Day 344 (2/2): Russia captured Mykolaivka; Ukraine prepares for Zapo Offensive II

Reports of Ukrainian forces reinforcing their lines across the entire Zaporizhzhia line, suggesting that Ukraine is expecting a renewed effort by the Russians to relaunch their Zaporizhzhia Offensive.

Situation at Vuhledar had declined to positional fighting, as the Russian plans to capture the city had failed, for now.

Russian forces are reportedly just 2km away from the Bakhmut–Konstyantynivka highway as they continue to advance in the forest SW of Bakhmut City.

Fighting in Bakhmut City is currently concentrated on the eastern part of Bakhmut, with fighting north of Bakhmut at Krasna Hora and Paraskoviivka.

Russian captured Mykolaivka at the Siversk Front, prompting rumors of Ukrainian withdrawal of Bilohorivka (Luhansk).

Kreminna Offensive by the Russian continues with heavy fighting in the Serebryanske Forestry, Yampolivka and Nevske.
