[ Donetsk Front Analysis ] Russian breakthrough at Vodyane would jeopardise Vuhledar

Update from Donetsk Front: Russian forces continues their major offensive SW of Donetsk City with heavy fighting reported at Preschystivka, Pavlivka, Vuhledar, Vodyane, Novomykhailivka and Marinka regions.

The most important contact point is likely to be the position at Vodyane.

Should the Ukrainian lose their position at Vodyane, it will open up multitude of options to break into the rear of the Ukrainian defense line, or encircle Vuhledar south of Vodyane.

Ukrainian forces know this, and had been sending urgent reinforcement to this front to hold the lines.
