Ukrainian president announces general mobilization of all conscripts and reservists to last 90 days

Ukraine has also banned all male citizens ages 18-60 from leaving the country, according to CNN, which cited the State Border Guard Service.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky had ordered a general military mobilization through out Ukraine.

The mobilization will be carried out within 90 days, and expect to provide the government with personnel, vehicles, infrastructure and land use for the defense operations.

All male citizens between 18-60 will be banned from leaving the country.

Zelensky orders general mobilization

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered a general mobilization in response to Russia’s ongoing “special military operation”

Local government officials would be assisting in the notification of citizens and reserves on the order to serve.

General Staff of the Ukrainian military will outline more details soon, including exact number of conscripts and reservists to be called to duty, as well as the vehicles required.
