DPA 3.0 now LIVE

Defense Politics Asia had came a long way since our revamp (https://defensepoliticsasia.com/revamping-dpa/) in 2021, where we transited from what we call DPA 1.0 to DPA 2.0.

After 5 years of hardwork and commitment (and perserverance) – DPA had achieved a lot of progress and perhaps even some small fame. Particularly in our endless coverage of the Ukraine War since Day 1 of the conflict on Youtube, the ONLY Youtube channel that had done mapping-reporting coverage of the Ukraine War from Day 1 (everyone else started later in the war).

Since then, we have also did a lot of geopolitical reporting, including coverage of the Israel-Hamas War (Gaza War), Azerbaijan-Armenia Wars, Iran War and even the Trade War; as well as providing a voice for our supporters via the DPA Open Mic and DPA Panels which give voice to the common men.

But DPA was never just a media outlet or a Youtube channel – in fact, we had never call ourselves a Youtube business – we first and foremost, a Think Tank.

Our research and analysis capabilities are the foundations of what made everything else in DPA possible.

For example, Ukraine War coverage would not be possible because of our daily mapping of the conflict along with our strict and principled journalistic standards. It is the research and analysis that forms the basis of our coverage of every major issues we cover.

As such, it is a natural development for DPA to build on our research and development capabilities – and this is what DPA 3.0 is all about.

In DPA 3.0, we will exploring and launching more DPA platforms to help people make sense of the world, as well as be more consistent in our update and coverage via our Focus pages.

We will also be opening up our think tank services: so for the first time ever, Governments / Corporations / Funds / Political Entities, etc… would be able to engage DPA to cover and work on their issue of interests.

We will be also be investing in more R&D to bring some of our idea to LIVE that we had conceptualized for years, which we had not been able to work on during the DPA 2.0 era.

DPA 3.0 is only possible because of the tens, if not, hundreds of thousands of supporters/viewers of DPA on Youtube, as well as the “DPA Army” that had financially supporting our work on these years.

Defense Politics Asia will continue to develop and work further – to bring better journalism, logic and sensibility to the world – and continue to give voice to the silent majority where countless brilliant minds had their talents and opinions drown due to obscurity. We will lend our capabilities and talent to governments, political entities, funds and corporations – to make a positive difference to the world and to reduce the miscalculations that had plague our current geopolitical environment (so many of the problems/issues comes down to miscalculation and misinformation from the mainstream media).
