[ Suny Front ] Konotop encircled; Okhtyrka repelled Russian offensive twice

Based on the update by Suny Regional State Admin Chairman, Russia had encircled Konotop and Okhtyrka repelled Russian offensive twice. He also reported Russian forces are from this front is heading towards Kiev.
